At first glance, this is a shopping centre like any other. I walked right by without giving it a moment's notice. On my way back however I stopped to check my map, only to realize I was standing next to the Sunbeam sign above.
It turns out that this shopping centre has been dedicated to the motor manufacturers of Wolverhampton, with Sunbeam as the featured marque.
The retail park is on the corner of Dudley Road (A459) and the Wolverhampton city ring road. It is 100 metres or so down Church Lane from Sunbeamland. In the A-Z Street Atlas of Birmingham, it's on map 29, H2.
The plaques below are mounted on the wall in Church Lane.
