For 1934, the previous year's Sunbeam 20 was revised and reappeared as the Sunbeam 25. It carried over the 3317cc OHV six and Zenith carburettor. Two wheelbase lengths were available, being 130 inches and 136 inches.
Body styles were saloon, coupe and limousine.
Production came to around 309.
