The 35 used a 6333cc four cylinder L-head engine with a bore and stroke of 105x130mm. It cost £675 new. Another Shaw design, it followed contemporary Sunbeam practice in using chain drive with the oil bath chain case. Ignition was by magneto.
It had a wheelbase of 10ft and track of 4ft 6in. The chassis weighed 20cwt.
